Context:

THREE KISSES, ONE MIDNIGHT is the story of one magical night written by a super group of NYT bestselling authors (Roshani Chokshi, Evelyn Skye, & Sandhya Menon). There were many fun visual elements to choose from for chapter opener art, so I hired Rhys Davies and art directed him as those came together. We went for a mask for the masquerade ball, a love potion vial, and a tarot card important to the story. These line drawn images were clear enough that I was able to repurpose them digitally and vectorize them to make the case stamp as well. A fun project with some magical visual elements, including leaf space break ornaments for the autumnal setting and a 3-2-1 count down to midnight element that Rhys drew as well!

Tasks:

Art direction, case stamp and color design, and typesetting entire book (including complicated social media formatting).
